Landscape architects, designers, and contractors; interior designers; architects; and other industry professionals working on residential or commercial projects who use our products to design outdoor spaces. Valid professional documentation is needed to be accepted into our Trade Program. Applicants must provide one of the following professional documents to qualify for membership:
- Valid business license verifying architecture/design or professional business
- Employer Identification Number (EIN)
- Seller's Permit or Resale Certificate
- Valid proof of membership in a national industry organization (i.e. ASID, IIDA, AIA, NKBA, IDC, NAHB)
- Valid Builder or Landscape Design accreditation/certification
Yes, you can view and download our CAD and SketchUp files by signing in to the Drawing Library. You do not need to register as a Trade Account unless you wish to receive the professional industry discount. Once access to the Drawing Library has been requested, you will typically receive a response within 24 hours.
Yes, registered Trade Accounts can place orders online for most Curb Appeal products that do not require freight shipping. To get started, sign in on shop.walpoleoutdoors.com using your Trade account details. If you need any assistance, please call us at 800-343-6948 or email trades@walpoleoutdoors.com . We're also available at a Design Center near you.
Many of our Signature Design products are listed with pricing on our website. These prices do not include shipping or installation. To receive a quote for shipping and installation or to get started on a larger project, you can:
